Hi, I'm Igor

Games have been a big part of my life since childhood, from browser games to MMOs like Lineage II. Today, I’m based in Moscow and work full-time as an Unreal Engine C++ developer. Outside work, gaming is still part of my everyday life.

Before moving into development, I worked in PC and console game publishing, covering user acquisition, product and marketing analytics, and release management. That background helps me see projects from several sides: as a developer, as someone who has helped bring games to players, and as a player myself.

Current role

Unreal Engine C++ Developer
2024–present
I develop commercial applications in Unreal Engine, primarily in C++. Part of my work involves processing geospatial data and visualizing it in an interactive 3D environment. On the Unreal Engine side, I integrate backend services and build the application logic and interactions for working with that data.
My work also includes interactive applications for exhibitions and trade shows, training simulators, and simulations. I develop gameplay mechanics and user interfaces, add new features, and extend existing systems.

Previous experience

Unreal Engine C++ Developer
2025–2026
I worked on core gameplay systems for Age of Silence, an indie game project. My focus was on data-driven systems for world logic, AI behavior, and in-game time, with an emphasis on keeping them maintainable as the project evolved.
Senior Marketing Manager / Team Lead
2021–2023
Ravenage holds a special place in my career: I was part of the founding team and helped build the company from the ground up. I worked across user acquisition, product and marketing analytics, and release management for PC and console games, while leading a team of three. Alongside the day-to-day publishing work, I helped establish the team’s workflows and processes.
Mid-level Marketing Manager
2019–2021
At SuperGG, I was responsible for user acquisition, product and marketing analytics, and release management for PC and console games. I ran acquisition campaigns, analyzed player and product data, and worked with distribution platforms throughout the release process. I also mentored an intern, teaching the fundamentals of user acquisition and helping them put those principles into practice.
Marketing Manager
2018–2019
I started at Overmind as a game designer and analyst, working on projects for external clients. Over time, I became interested in how PR and advertising work in the games industry and decided to move into marketing. My work focused on user acquisition and game promotion.
Business Development Specialist
2017–2018
I started at Destiny as a customer support specialist, working directly with players and handling their questions and issues across the company’s games. From there, I progressed to a business development role, evaluating external game projects and presenting them to the team.
