My journey into gaming began in the 5th grade when I started playing browser games. Soon after, I discovered Lineage2 and developed a passion for MMOs. Gaming has been a significant part of my life ever since, and after gaining some real-world job experience, I made the decision to pursue a career in game development.

Now I'm 33, living in Russia, Moscow and still playing games everyday.

Overall, my main responsibilities revolved around three key areas of PC and console game publishing and operations: user acquisition, product marketing analytics, and distribution platforms.

User acquisition for PC and console projects isn't as complex as for mobile games, but I gained experience with various advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads. I also handled budget planning and creating advertising materials.

As a product analyst, I regularly analyzed data from external distribution platforms to monitor product performance, including metrics like visits, wishlists, sales, and revenue. This helped me identify trends and make sales predictions.

Lastly, I managed distribution platforms, overseeing activities on store pages and coordinating global releases. I maintained relationships with platform managers and addressed support issues when necessary. My experience includes working with platforms like Steam, EGS, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, GoG, and others.

Of course, there were additional functions I was involved in, such as website development, managing the company's technology stack, and more. However, I want to emphasize the three main areas mentioned above.

Rive has provided me with the opportunity to start my career in the way I’ve always dreamed. Now, as a full-time developer, I create Unreal Engine applications for commercial VR and PC usage, continually enhancing my skills every day. My preference for working primarily with C++ opens up a vast horizon of knowledge that I am eager to explore.

Ravenage.games holds a special place in my heart because I was one of the founding members of the company. Together, we developed workflows, created processes, and built the company from scratch. My responsibilities remained consistent, but they became much more complex over time. I had the privilege of leading three subordinates for each responsibility zone and gained valuable skills in C-level management. During my tenure, the company grew from 5 people to 40, and I am grateful to Ravenage for providing me with this invaluable experience.

Initially, I spent approximately six months as a game designer/analyst for external clients before transitioning to marketing. In this role, I delved deep into the realm of marketing, gaining practical knowledge and hands-on experience with user acquisition (UA) and the fundamentals of game marketing.

Started as a Customer Support Specialist and grew into Business Development for in-house purposes. Despite being relatively inexperienced in the industry, I leveraged my experience as a seasoned player to work on external projects, analyzing them, and introducing them to the team.
